Stephen wanted a simple robust do it all bike that he could travel with. Given the likely road surfaces he would encounter we decided together to go with one of our Æsir frames painted in a custom colour and built up with some good solid and robust kit.

We went with the new GRX 1x1 Di2 group with a stages powermeter for hassle free shifting and braking.

The wheels were built up using DTSwiss hubs laced with spam spokes to Velocity Aerilon rims, giving the best combination of weight and strength.

Chris King bearings were used for the headset and the T47 BB and the new Ritchey gravel bars, stem and post finished of the package nicely.
