Andrew came to see us for a Bike fitting at our Studio for his Road bike and after chatting about the recent MTB hardtail Id built myself he commissioned us to create something similar for himself.

As a resident of Warwickshire a lightweight hardtail is perfect for the off-road trails we have here. Full suspension makes our little single track a bit boring so the maximum fun is achieved by having a simple rigid frame and long travel fork.

A forward facing seat clamp slot to again keep the mud out is something Ive always done with MTBs along with external cabling for easy maintenance.

For the build I went with the very latest 1x12 SLX group and some DTSwiss wheels in 27.5"

Andrew left the paint scheme up to us and we chose a simple and classy blue candy with gold graphics.
