Lee wanted to use a special Columbus Cento tubeset that had been given to him to create a new summer lightweight roadbike. The frame was designed around the positional data gathered during a recent Clinical Bike Fit at Velo Atelier.

The frame was kept clean and simple with all external cabling to give the best possible performance. Lee also wanted to reuse some Royce hubs which he had used for 15 years so we went rim brake, which also helped keep the weight down and make maintenance much quicker.

 

Being a Campag fan, we specced the bike with his favourite 11 speed groupset and a carbon finishing kit from ENVE and Black Inc.

Total weight for the bike was just a shade under 7Kg with the pedals.
