Matt had been a client of our Bike Fitting Studio, Velo Atelier for a couple of years and had often mentioned that he would like to commission a custom frame sometime in the future.

We took several months of very casual chats to come up with a design and geometry that suited Matts riding based on his fittings.

We then built a clean lightweight modern steel road bike from Columbus Spirit-HSS and Life to create a nimble and sprightly but ultimately comfortable bike that is equally happy munching big miles or having a quick weekday bash.
